Maracas Bar is a Latin music bar at Nekázanka 8, two minutes from Wenceslas Square in Prague 1. Entry is free every night. The bar opens Monday to Wednesday from 16:00 to 01:00, Thursday to Saturday from 17:00 to 03:00 and Sunday from 15:00 to 00:00, with happy hour every day from 17:00 to 20:00. A Cuba Libre or a Gin Tonic costs 125 Kč all night. First-timers get a free welcome shot with a voucher on their phone, one per person, valid 14 days. Salsa and bachata classes are 60 minutes, 250 Kč per person, no partner or experience needed, booked online and paid at the bar.

Is there a cover charge at Maracas Bar?
No. Entry is free every night, including weekends. Cuba Libre or Gin Tonic are 125 Kč all night.
Do I need a partner or experience for the salsa and bachata classes?
No partner and no experience needed. Classes are 60 minutes, 250 Kč per person, paid at the bar. You book a spot online and the bar confirms by email.

What are the opening hours?
Monday to Wednesday 16:00–01:00, Thursday to Saturday 17:00–03:00, Sunday 15:00–00:00. Happy hour every day 17:00–20:00.
How does the free welcome shot work?
