What we store
When you book a dance class we store your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the number of spots and anything you write in the notes field. We use it to hold your spot and to tell you whether it is confirmed. Nothing else.
When you pick up a drink voucher we store your email address (and your name if you give it) so we can send you the voucher and make sure it is one per person. The bar team sees the code, your name and when it was used.
If you open an account we keep your name, email address and phone number (if you give one) so you can see your bookings and vouchers in one place. You sign in with a link we email you; a password is optional. You can delete the account yourself from the account page, and we delete it automatically after twelve months without a booking, a voucher or a sign-in.
How long
Booking records and vouchers are deleted twelve months after the class or the voucher’s last valid night, automatically. You can cancel a booking at any time from the link in your confirmation email, and you can ask us to delete your details by replying to any email we send you.
Who else sees it
Only the bar team. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and there are no third-party trackers on this site — no Google Fonts, no analytics, no pixels.
